Booking Policy
These booking policies ensure clarity, professionalism, and a supportive learning environment for all students and salon teams. By booking any class or training session with Tynie Academy, you agree to the terms outlined below.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
To maintain a smooth and professional training experience, full payment is required at booking. This guarantees your seat and allows us to prepare your materials and certification ahead of time.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is determined by the training type. Aprés‑certified classes follow Aprés’ official guidelines, while academy‑hosted trainings follow our internal policy. Your confirmation email will include the correct policy for your specific class.
CANCELLATIONS
All training bookings are non‑refundable. Because seats are limited and materials are prepared in advance, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
If your class is hosted through a brand partner (such as Aprés), their official cancellation policy will apply. You will receive the correct policy for your specific training in your confirmation email.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full training experience. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in shortened training or rescheduling at the educator’s discretion.
SALON TRAINING POLICIES
For on‑site salon training, the salon must provide a clean, safe workspace, proper lighting, seating, and access to electrical outlets. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Team size, curriculum, and timing will be finalized prior to training.
CERTIFICATES
Certificates are provided upon completion of training.
Full participation is required to receive certification.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Tynie Academy maintains a respectful, supportive learning environment. Any behavior that disrupts the session or compromises safety may result in dismissal without refund.
RECORDING & CONTENT USE
To protect our curriculum, video recording is not permitted during training. Photos are allowed unless otherwise stated. Training materials may not be copied, shared, or taught without written permission.
LIABILITY
Students agree to follow all safety guidelines during training.
Tynie Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper tool use or failure to follow instructions.
AGREEMENT
By booking any class, private training, or salon training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on this page.
